“I had the pleasure of dining at Thyme Out during my stay, and it was truly a highlight of my trip. The menu, transformed by Chef Stuart Raymond, offers an very nice variety—from a superb burger to a spicy Malaysian curry. The wild mushroom soup was absolutely good, and the salmon in lemon sauce paired with roasted vegetables was a satisfying choice.
