Unique Luxury Apartments

Cheval The Edinburgh Grand features 50 uniquely decorated apartments, available for any length of stay. Apartments accommodate one to six guests. These apartments feature king-size or twin beds with en-suite bathrooms that include walk-in rainfall showers and complimentary luxury toiletries from Arran Aromatics. Each unit is equipped with ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a trouser press, and a dining table. Bathrooms offer free toiletries, washing machine and a dryer. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware and kitchen utensils. Additional amenities include an electric kettle, AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy views of Edinburgh from long horizontal windows. Period features include original fireplaces and gold accent wood paneling.

Breakfast is served daily. The Register Club, located on the 4th floor, is a versatile space for different types of events. I stayed in a One-Bedroom King Suite City View. The suite included a full kitchen with modern appliances. The spacious living room featured comfortable seating. The bedroom offered a king-size bed with quality linens. The bathroom had premium toiletries.

The temperature control was difficult in some areas. Rooms felt warmer than others. This made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

the staff at reception were really helpful. the location provided easy access to transport links. my room included a bose system fitted to the wall, a very nice touch. a gentleman at the entrance always opened the door.

the noise from trams passing outside was quite noticeable. this noise made it hard to relax completely, especially during the early morning.

The suite was very beautiful. It had luxurious bath facilities. the bed offered supreme comfort. the staff provided really good service during breakfast. the hotel is beautiful. I look forward to returning.

the room lacked sufficient usb charging points. also, getting into the room at night involved inputting a code into a tiny keypad mounted at waist level in a dark corridor, hard.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. The housekeeping staff maintained high standards. I found the location to be advantageous as it was close to, but not directly within, the most crowded tourist areas. The tram stop across the street provided convenient airport access.

I found that a couple of tea bags were a small number for a two-night stay.
