the room was modern. spacious rooms were near bow river. i could easily walk to the city center. the hotel had a fitness room with towels! and a water dispenser.
the front desk staff wasn't very helpful, sadly. they gave false information about the parade. there wasn't a courtesy coffee station. there also wasn't a small refrigerator in my room.

The front desk gave me some misinformation. i asked about transportation options, and the directions i got were not accurate. This made travel planning more difficult. also, the room lacked a refrigerator. This was inconvenient, as i wanted to store some drinks and snacks.

The shower had excellent pressure, a very welcome feature. Automatic blinds were present. I found them very cool. It reminded me of Europe. Electricity saving is incorporated in the room.
Parking was lacking. The arrival staff was unhelpful regarding this issue. I noticed the area attracts a lot of homeless people.
