the hotel was clean. the room had a comfy bed. i found the breakfast to be good and satisfying. i appreciated the polite and helpful reception staff at all times.
There was no lift. It was inconvenient. i had to carry luggage to the upper floor. It was tiring. the wall mounted heater did not work well.

The room seemed spacious enough, I guess.
My sheet didn't quite fit the mattress. Every time I moved, it came loose. the walls are so thin I could hear every word from the next room. Honestly, the disturbances affected my sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the food quality was good. I found the parking very convenient. It was close to the front door.
The room lacked soft furnishings. (This was a minor issue.)

The room had a nice shower head with excellent water pressure. Self-adjustable room temperature was available. The bed was very comfy for a good night's sleep after a long day.

The guest welcome and service in the restaurant were great (especially at breakfast). Staff members were always willing to help with any requests. The catering service for our large dinner was excellent.

The hotel provides easy access to nearby areas. Plenty of parking spaces are available . This made coming and going very easy with no stress about where to leave my car.
