freezer space helpful staff useful information great shower
The staff helped me store items in their freezer, handy. they also provided adapters when i needed them. i got useful information from the front desk too. The staff works around the clock, good. the shower was great!
the staircase was very narrow. it was difficult to carry luggage up.

basic stay near transport links
convenient location tidy common area complimentary beverages small room no elevator street noise
i stayed for a few nights. the location was convenient to several tube stations. staff kept the common areas clean and tidy (i did notice this daily). the complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge was a welcome touch.
my single room was quite small (smaller than i expected). the lack of an elevator made it difficult with my luggage. street noise was noticeable at night and disrupted my sleep.

friendly staff perfect room size clean toilet small room single pane traffic noise
the staffs, they be always ready to answer my questions. the room, it was size perfect for myself during this short trip. the showers and toilets, they always were kept clean.
the room it was small for we two peoples. the single pane windows, they not helped with the noise. i think the hotel, it should be a hostel or student housing.
