The building has beautiful interiors. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful SO much.
The room felt cramped. It had hardly enough space around the bed and no double glazing existed so we reverted to ear plugs in the end. The ROAD noise outside was significant. IT was a shame.

The room included a safe and hairdryer, useful. I appreciate the good selection of teas and coffee provided. the staff was helpful. They were attentive to my needs. the hotel is close to the tube, shops, and restaurants.
The air conditioning did not seem to work well. It made the room a bit uncomfortable during the warm weather.

The room offered ample storage. This kept my belongings organized . a fridge was available in the room. It was very handy for storing drinks and snacks. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

Staff members were helpful. They promptly addressed any questions i had. they offered lovely shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. These came in good-sized bottles. the welcome was warm. This.

i found the pub food quite good, though the vinegar was a bit strong? breakfast had a great selection. i enjoyed that the bar was close to my room! so it was easy to go down for a quick drink.

The location suited my needs. The check-in process was swift.
The room was NOT what I expected. It was quite small, I barely had room to move around. The bar closed early. I found that quite annoying. I was not able to enjoy a late-night drink after a long day.

the bar featured a nice, spacious area. the food selection available was good. my room was on the third floor (a few flights up, but manageable).
the tv only had itv. this wasn't a huge deal, but more channels would have been preferable at night. the shower had very little pressure, so washing and rinsing long hair was difficult. the bread at the toast area was exposed, and flies were present.

The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to various parts of the city. The pub downstairs gave the place a lively feel. I also appreciated a comfortable night's sleep despite being on a main road.
The cocktail bar was unavailable. It was hosting a private party so I couldn't access it. The pub closed relatively early at 10.30 pm on a Friday. The staff refused to serve us after that time which was disappointing.
