The breakfast choices included fresh pastries and omelets made to order. I found it a great start to each day. I appreciated the convenient access to the metro. It made getting around the city easy. The views from the upper floors are sweeping, I could see the Eiffel Tower!
The room felt a bit spartan,. I would've loved a more decorated space.

The hotel features speedy elevators. This helped avoid long waits, especially during peak hours. The gym has cardio equipment and free weights, I thought it was sufficient for a good workout.

our rooms were clean and contemporary. they offered views of sacre-couer or the eiffel tower depending on which side we were on, (also spacious, by european standards). the bathrooms had a stand-in shower with an adjustable shower head plus large bath sheets. the hotel itself is well maintained and located. it is a short walk to arc de triomphe and champs elysees.
Limiting guests to only two small plastic bottles of water per room daily felt unnecessarily restrictive. the breakfast variety could have been better. Some items were not replenished quickly enough.

The hotel has a skyview bar and lounge on the 34th floor that offered sweeping views. our room package included complimentary daily buffet breakfast for all guests and the food options were plentiful and delicious. We often overindulged.

there is a 24-hr coffee stand off the lobby entrance that sells starbucks coffee and fresh croissants. it offers a robust array of food, beverage, and snack options. microwaves are available for guest use, a convenient feature.

all of the staff were very attentive and friendly. we dined at the restaurant one night for dinner and found the menu satisfying. our server was charles and he was an absolute delight (i loved that!).

The check-in process took an excessive amount of time. the room allocation is questionable. A partial view of the tower exists despite paying extra for a higher floor. i also found the minibar empty. this was disappointing considering the rate i paid.

The location provides easy access to transportation. I found the proximity to the metro very convenient. The room was clean, and it had a contemporary design. I especially liked the adjustable shower head in the stand-in shower. (It's the little things, right?)
