broken toilet poor handling
I was a bit frustrated with my stay. the toilet was constantly running water and wouldn't flush. i had to call repeatedly before someone came to look at the issue. Then they told me no one was available to fix it. the whole situation felt poorly handled and left me quite annoyed..

Excellent Stay in a Prime Location
prime location equipped kitchenette
The hotel's location was definitely a highlight (close to major attractions!). The kitchenette was well equipped, including a refrigerator. Free coffee and tea were available in the lobby, a nice perk. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room decor and bathroom could use some modernizing. I found some areas looking a bit outdated. Updating these aspects would significantly improve the overall experience .

The king bed provided was of good quality and comfortable. A pull-out sofa bed was available, functioning as two single beds if needed. The bathroom had plenty of hot water available for showers.

The lobby offered free coffee and tea. The hotel location was near many eateries in the area. I saw a king bed apartment on a high floor. I found proximity to main sights like the Louvre.
The room decor needed some modernizing. I feel the bathroom needs some modernizing as well.

I stayed for a few nights in an apartment. the kitchenette had good equipment. the luggage facility helped a lot on my last day. It was efficient. the staff were friendly too.

convenient location functional kitchenette handy luggage room
i found the location convenient, with access to many attractions. the kitchenette had everything i needed for preparing simple meals. having a luggage room available after checkout was a lifesaver, allowing me to explore more without carrying bags. i also appreciated the free coffee in the lobby (a nice touch!).
the bathroom definitely needs an update, as i noticed some wear and tear.

the room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette with all necessary utensils. i had a studio and it provided sufficient space for my needs, including a comfortable bed and a functional workspace. decor and bathroom were comfortable, but need modernizing.

there isn't a restaurant but coffee, tea, and sometimes sparkling water are available in the lobby. this was very convenient for a quick refreshment before heading out for the day or upon returning after a long walk. many restaurants and cafes are nearby too.

great view perfect location helpful team
The team arranged a room with a great view of the seine, notre dame and montmartre's basilica sacre coeur. It was amazing. the team also helped me arrange chocolates, champagne and flowers as a surprise for my wife (she loved it!). a lovely note accompanied this. the location is perfect as a base to get to main sights. The metro system and restaurants are close by.
i couldn't work out how to turn the ac off at bedtime (maybe i had too many cocktails!).

The location was excellent. I could easily reach many key attractions on foot. My studio included a functional kitchenette. It featured a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The provided coffee machine in the lobby became a regular stop for a quick caffeine boost. Free luggage storage on my last day allowed me to explore unencumbered.
The bathroom was small and felt dated. Lighting was poor.
