the room was standard it offered reassurance of reasonable comfort tea and a kettle were available
my room lacked adequate soundproofing i was disturbed by doors closing during the night a chair in the room above created a loud scraping noise when moved the noise made sleep difficult the surrounding area felt desolate a failed business park contained empty buildings

the breakfast was great it was the best i've had at a holiday inn the staff were very nice
the hotel's location is POOR i was warned by the car service about the undesirable area they advised taking taxis to downtown the area felt dangerous with police stops and abandoned buildings visible from the room
