the room was spacious and well maintained. breakfast was pretty nice. the staff was generally nice and helpful (i found them very accommodating).
sound insulation from adjacent rooms and the corridor was not good.

the hotel is located directly opposite the central station, which offers immense convenience. coffee shops and restaurants are located nearby. this made getting around so simple.

acceptable stay with some issues
poor sound insulationnoisy housekeeping
i found very poor sound insulation from adjacent rooms and the corridor. housekeeping staff were noisy as they woke me every morning at around 7.45 am with very loud chatting and banging noises. the air con was centrally deactivated, it resulted in very stuffy and bad air inside the room, as well as unconfortably high temperatures.

The hotel location is excellent. It is right in front of the train station. The room included soft drinks in the mini bar. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room cool enough..

the room i was given was not great. the floor seemed quite dirty with hairs and crumbs scattered around, even after i asked for it to be cleaned.

The hotel is very close to the train and metro station. This made travel easy. I found a grocery store across the street at the station. Many restaurants are also nearby (this was really useful).
I noticed there was no detailed hotel or service information in the room. I asked at reception, but they said copies were unavailable.

The reception staff were helpful upon arrival. They secured our luggage safely until check-in time. I was upgraded to a better roomwith a comfortable bed and a great balcony.
