Okay stay, some disappointments
private eventuninspired breakfast
the rooftop bar was often closed for private events, so i could not just relax and have a drink. the bathroom door did not close properly. i also found the breakfast selection rather uninspired. i expected more from a hotel in this location, and the inconvenience affected my overall experience.

the staff were amazing, so kind. my room was cleaned daily by housekeeping, that was really nice. i safety was good leaving my bags there. the hotel sits on a hill, a great view is offered.
the menu in the restaurant felt very limited. i saw no vegetarian options or smaller choices in the evening. the walls felt paper thin. i heard doors opening and closing a lot.

i found many staff members very pleasant. the front desk had a sweet attentive person named flavia. i found the room clean the service good and the atmosphere lovely i particularly enjoyed the view from the room.
i found no air conditioning a problem the sweaty rooms really need it. opening the window all night led to car noises and loud people. i had little sleep and mosquitoes came in. i also heard trolleys rolling on the floors at all times of the day.

I adored the restaurant's tasty food. Fabio and Alessandro, the restaurant waiters, were friendly. They were really kind! The room included lovely toiletries in the bathroom. I asked for a room with a view. It was lovely!
The hotel photos look slightly better than reality. It is a fair distance to the center.
