the hotel has excellent technology with six elevators that operate without buttons. to use them, you tap your room key to summon an elevator. there is a mall with a food court next door, offering additional dining choices.

the fila bar staff were VERY polite. Drinks arrived quickly at my seat. the layout of my room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The elevators were easy to use and took you directly to your floor.

The ongoing roadworks outside the hotel caused some mild inconvenience.

unclean roomdirty hallway
The cleanliness was a letdown. our room had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was not mopped. the hallway outside our room also needed vacuuming. There were discarded bits all over the carpet. (i expect better from a hotel of this level.)
