La Pergola, a three-star Michelin restaurant led by chef Heinz Beck, features dishes such as foie gras with chestnuts and figs, hare tortellini, and Saint Peter's fish in a liquorice crust. L'Uliveto serves Italian cuisine. It is open during the summer season Thursday thru Sunday. The restaurant also features beef from the white herds of Chianina, turbot from the Mediterranean, Piedmont truffles and mozzarella from the Appian Way.
