The hotel staff were kind and helpful. the security check-ups were thorough, especially with visitors. i not sketchy at all throughout my stay because of this great service. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed it.
i noticed that the wi-fi connection was a bit unreliable at times, a minor inconvenience. enhancing the internet speed would greatly benefit future guests.

the breakfast buffet featured very good choices i found a spacious room and the pillows were especially comfortable the linens were very soft also the mattress was good near intramuros i found the location convenient
i thought the room furnishings were old and worn the hotel seemed a bit dated to me i was questioned about bringing beers to my room the hotel has no listed policy regarding alcohol i found that weird

I appreciated the excellent breakfast. There was a very good food choice. i found the hotel to be within reasonable walking distance to many local attractions. tours were inexpensive. the staff provided welcome drinks in a very interesting bar.
the hotel feels somewhat old-fashioned! though it remains functional.

My beautiful room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It safety was good. the room's location proved excellent because of the proximity to the united nations train station. a wide range of restaurants are available nearby, due to the location at the united nations square.

the hotel featured thorough security check-ups, especially when i had visitors. i felt okay all time throughout my stay as a result. the bar located in the basement was great.

I found the breakfast team pleasant, courteous, and helpful . I especially want to commend bryan for this. others including paolo, jim, aries and joy also provided similar great service during my time here. their service was excellent. I was very pleased.

i loved the breakfast buffet! it was very good with unbeatable food. the staff was helpful and nice. the ambiance was like home, especially relaxing on the couch downstairs.
i got a room without a window. this was unacceptable as there wasn't an option to choose it! they check bags every time i entered. it was like being treated like a student with alcohol.
