the location is great, near various establishments. i also liked that the room was modern and clean.
the hand towel rail in my room was loose, it eventually broke. i also noticed some chips in the sink tiles.

i always choose this hotel each time i'm here, due to its proximity to greenbelt. the staff are always polite and helpful. i appreciate the quick service provided by the concierge team. the hotel security is present, i feel safe.
the gym is accessible, but could use a few more modern machines.

the gym features ample equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes it is well maintained the pool area has multiple loungers and a shaded area offering relaxation. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower adding a touch of luxury. breakfast had a good variety of options.
the bedside outlets were hard to reach requiring me to move furniture to plug in devices.

The hotel is situated next to Greenbelt Mall, drinks, and shopping. The area secure hotel. I was able to get a late check-out for a late flight (thank you!) which was very helpful. The pool is great with plenty of shade provided. It is a large pool with a dedicated separate swim lane for laps.
Receptionists could be friendlier. check-in and check-out should not be so rude. I wasn't feeling welcome.

the hotel location allows easy access to shopping centers. it is convenient.
The tv in the room was an older led model. It felt dated. modern conveniences were missing from the room. the filipino dishes at breakfast were disappointing, specifically, the longganisa and danggit were overly salty.
