wonderful stay

It met my expectations. I appreciate the window in the one bedroom suite, it allowed outside air in. Housekeeping staff was AMAZING. I was impressed with the complimentary Puto Bumbong and Bibinka during the Christmas event. The display of Filipino's love for Christmas was excellent.
The breakfast offered sugary powder mix juice, i would have preferred real fruit juice.

The one-bedroom apartment featured a window that opened to allow fresh air. This was particularly valuable. I appreciated the spacious and clean environment. The beds are quite COMFORTABLE.

Housekeeping provided amazing service, attending to every detail with care. Staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with requests. The Christmas tree lighting event was managed very WELL.

The hotel is positioned conveniently close to various cafes and restaurants, that makes dining out very easy. The surrounding area felt secure, even during evening walks. It is easily accessible by taxi and public TRANSPORT.

I was pleased to find the facilities well kept and accessible. The Christmas tree lighting event was nice. The hotel provided complimentary cocktail and snack bar during the new year's EVE.

While the breakfast was generally acceptable, the option for real fruit juice would be a welcome improvement. The complimentary Puto Bumbong and Bibinka served during the christmas event were AMAZING. I would have also enjoyed real coffee.

the ROOM was clean and complete with kitchen needs. the staff went the extra mile to ensure we had everything. they were VERY accommodating.
the water supply failed while I was there at lunchtime and took several hours to repair. the food also wasn't great , A LOT of the menu was unavailable and what was available left something to be desired.
