The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I especially liked the security personnel. They were very courteous. The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants.
The check-in process was not good. I waited almost two hours for my room to be ready. There were only two working elevators, which caused long queues and added to the wait time. The elevator key card system also seemed unreliable.

I REALLY enjoyed the convenient location NEAR gateway mall. The breakfast buffet had a NICE selection. Staff were ALWAYS friendly. I found the cleanliness perfect inside and outside.
The pillows WERE slightly less comfy compared to other hotels.

The breakfast buffet features taho ube champorado and pininyahang manok. Puto bumbong is AVAILABLE. The hotel offers wide selections during Christmas Eve dinner and a free buffet breakfast. The food IS great.

The staff are VERY accommodating. The front desk buffet crew and housekeeping team are awesome. The concierge personnel ARE available and kind. They gave much respect and hospitality.

payment policyold carpet
The hotel wanted payment for the entire stay upfront. They eventually settled for 500 USD as a guarantee. I have not encountered this practice in other countries. It was annoying. There was also a distinct bad smell in the corridors and rooms. It smelled like old carpets and mold. It was unpleasant.
