i was thankful for the daily replenishment of water , coke , and orange juice. the balcony offered a fine eiffel tower view , perfect for enjoying coffee or wine. the location was very convenient , and the staff provided helpful directions and advice. i appreciated that the hotel held our luggage on the last day.
our room needed minor updates. the furniture showed slight wear , which was noticeable.

the hotel has a great location close to attractions. i checked in early at 8am, so that helped a ton! the staff was helpful getting my bag straight to my room, that was a big relief.
the soap dispenser was directly under the rainfall showerhead. water leaked into the wall because of that dispenser placement.

the staff took a real interest, talking person to person. they made the check-in process smooth and quick. the hotel has awesome customer service, i cannot stress that enough.

the breakfast offered a excellent array of food. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found this very practical.
