The location was unbeatable. It was right across from the central station so transport links were amazing. Trams were also easily accessible. The room was very spacious (i got a room upgrade!) and the staff at the reception were very friendly.
The room faced an inner courtyard so it was quite dark even during the day. The lighting system was hard to use. It was impossible to switch on a bedside lamp separately. the decor in the communal areas felt too dark for my liking.

The hotel is very close to the central station (very convenient!). I took a canal cruise. The departure point was just a minute from the lobby. There are many food options around the corner. The hotel room was dark and quiet at night, conducive to sleep. The room had a casting option from my phone, very helpful.
There are some stairs at the hotel entrance, which might be challenging with heavy luggage.

The hotel offers convenient amenities, including a bar with a variety of cocktails and some tasty bar snacks, the burger was delicious. I really enjoyed the relaxing environment and helpful staff. The pool and sauna are clean and new.

The location ROCKED being just across from the train station and near MANY restaurants! Breakfast was nice. The room was comfy and large. The reception APPROVED a free one-hour late checkout, HOW COOL!
The shower seemed to have a minor drainage issue.

The location was very convenient. It was easy to access the train station and major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed assistance with a doctor appointment, and they arranged it quickly. I also appreciated that they helped me get a taxi.
The pillows and mattress were not comfortable. I also found the room service charge expensive. They charge 8.5 euros. This made ordering room service less appealing. The AC in my room was not working. I contacted the front desk, but no one came to fix it .

The location was VERY convenient. I found it directly across from the main train station, a definite plus for my travel plans. The breakfast had a nice selection. I especially liked starting my day with a good meal. I also found my room to be spacious and comfortable (perfect. The front desk staff granted me a complimentary one-hour extension on my check-out time, and i appreciated this flexibility.
I noticed slight wear and tear in the room. It could use some minor updates.

The hotel has a gym with modern equipment, offering a treadmill, stationary bikes and free weights. This helped me maintain my workout routine. There is also a spa with a pool and a sauna on site for relaxation after a busy day of meetings, i liked that.

The hotel is located directly across from the central train station (literally steps away), and i liked that i could easily access transportation options. Several restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance, this made it easy to find dining and shopping options.
