convenient location and excellent service

i found the metro stop very close, only a short walk. breakfast had fresh ingredients and high quality dishes. the option to rent bicycles was available at the hotel , , made exploring easier.

the breakfast was lovely , filled with many options and fresh fruits. i also enjoyed the excellent location near public transport options , such as the metro station and tram.
the hotel room hallways were dark , a stark contrast to the brightly lit lobby. the club had limited food options , sometimes running out of simple items like black tea.

missing jacketunacceptable situation
I forgot my jacket in the room after checking out. The hotel informed me it could not be found, unacceptable and made me disappointed. i believe it was lost or stolen by the staff, as i left it clearly inside the room.
