The staff seemed efficient and friendly. The room was very nice.
The room was small. I barely had any room to store luggage without obstruction. The side table was next to pointless. The bed took up too much space and made it hard to move around.

The location worked very well. I could easily walk to many attractions and public transport was close (I particularly valued the supermarket nearby). The staff proved helpful and accommodating . The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
I found the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast included a wide variety of pastries and cold meats. It was served in the lounge and bar area (this gave it a relaxed atmosphere). I noted there was no option for a hot breakfast.

the staff was friendly and cute. the hotel seemed clean, especially the rooms. pictures presented the hotel accurately, it shows the nice rooms and lovely bar and reception area. i had overall great stay.
the room i booked as a king featured a 'large' double bed, but i was assigned a disabled room with a single bed. when i asked, i did not get a clear explanation about the single bed.

the reception staffs were helpful and accommodating at all times. the staff provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. they helped with my bags upon early arrival and after check-out. this helped my time in the city.

the location proved very good, especially since a metro station was within walking distance. this made it easy to access central attractions. a big supermarket was around the corner and was convenient for grabbing a bite.

the hotel location is GREAT. I could easily walk to nearby attractions and public transport options were also close. the lobby area was gorgeous and offered a nice space to relax after a long day.
the room itself WAS smaller than I expected. space was limited and it was difficult to move around comfortably with my luggage. ALSO, I found the breakfast to be just ok.
