the staff greeted us warmly and offered my son a book. A cuddly toy was also gifted to him. i really appreciated the complimentary wine offered between 4-5 pm daily! stroopwaffels were provided upon our departure, a very nice touch.

during my new year's eve stay, the fire alarms activated at 1:00 am. i discovered the fire door in the staircase was locked, posing a significant safety concern. this experience caused considerable fright and disrupted my sleep before an early flight.

I appreciated the complimentary wine in the afternoon. The hotel provides free fruit water and iced tea in the lobby. I also found stroopwafels available upon departure. It was a nice gesture. I found slippers and dressing gowns in the room.

During my visit, i noticed damaged and worn walls within the rooms. The walls need some attention. While the hotel is centrally located, the area outside seemed a bit dirty.
