My room faced the railway tracks. Every passing train could be heard. light sleepers would find this disturbing. the black-out curtains did not fully block light from entering the room at night. stained carpets also detracted from the experience.

The hotel had an excellent location near the central train station. The room size was generous (the room was quite spacious for one person). I especially liked the modern bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable.
I had to queue for about twenty minutes to check out. They sent me to a different desk twice. I was told, "I can't do that, go to that queue.

The hotel features a modern fitness center, equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. There is also a business center (it was useful to print some documents for my meetings). High-speed internet access is available throughout the hotel.

The staff at the front desk offered baggage storage before check-in. Room service was available 24/7. The concierge service helped me book tours (i am grateful for their support).

the location is convenient. it is a short walk from the train station. the hotel breakfast is great with many options.
The room i had was quite simple. the service at the front desk was not very good. i had to pay extra for early check-in. This was unexpected.

i arrived with my bike and found the hotel within a short 5-minute ride from centraal station. i appreciated its location near the waterfront. the hotel rivals other establishments and i think this hotel is as good as any i have experienced under this brand.
