wonderful stay
nice terracebreakfast selectiongreat location
i found location fantastic. i thought staff were very helpful. breakfast have nice selection of food. i love nice terrace, so when weather is nice, its great to enjoy your breakfast outside. i will definitely stay here again!
the smallest shower cubicle is i have ever seen. i am 5ft 9 and could not turn when in it! a tall man or a larger built person would never be able to fit in!

the gym is basic but has good quality equipment. the gym is open 24 hours which is very helpful. there is also a beautiful terrace, so when the weather is nice, its great.

bedroom have good size. bathroom is also good. the room had a good view of the city. maid service came everyday and provided clean towels. the room has a kettle with tea and coffee facilities plus a fridge.

reception staff are all very helpful and friendly. my husband asked if they had any spare fans for the room. francesco at reception couldn't find one but unplugged his one to loan us for whole week.

I received a room upgrade because of my accor gold membership. the air conditioning worked very well. This was important during hot days. breakfast had many choices especially who like sweet food.
One receptionist was rude at times. This was upsetting.
