helpful hostessconvenient location
the hostess was helpful and kind. she gave excellent restaurant recommendations. the location proved convenient for accessing both train and metro lines. i also appreciated the readily available drinks and snacks.

The room included super clean, comfortable furnishings. it featured all necessary amenities. its size was quite good. I had ample space to relax and organize my belongings. the soundproofing was effective. I experienced minimal noise disturbance.

Alfredo provided really good hospitality throughout my visit. he gave helpful advice and clear directions. he made check-in seamless. He also arranged for luggage storage. his assistance elevated my travel experience.

the accommodation was very clean. it was decorated to a high standard. several restaurants were close by. we stored our case until we were ready to leave. we had a late flight.
The air conditioning was poorly positioned in front of the bed. It made sleeping difficult with it open or closed.

The rooms are soundproof after you shut the window. That was a nice surprise. the bathroom was spacious and included lovely towels. the bed was comfortable and well looked after. i liked it.

The communal terrace overlooks piazza garibaldi. I found it very amusing. the hotel is on the fourth floor. That adds a nice sense of privacy.

The location is near the main railway station. It's only a few minutes walk. the airport bus stops at the station. traveling around the city via metro and trams was easy.
