excellent stay close to transport!
comfortable room well trained staff excellent cleanliness relaxing balcony
My room was large and very comfortable with great facilities. the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. the cleanliness was excellent. Everything looked super clean. i especially enjoyed sitting on the main balcony. It provided a nice space to relax.
the building's elevator seemed a bit old and could use some updating.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. public transport is easily accessible from this location. it is also convenient for exploring the historic area. This makes getting around very easy.

There is a fridge at the entrance with drinks available. guests can take what they want and pay later. the rooftop patio offers a nice view and a space to unwind. It is a definite plus.

The staff were really nice too assist me. they seemed genuinely eager to help with anything. nothing looked to be too much trouble for them. It created a cute environment.

helpful hostess convenient location
the hostess was helpful and kind. she gave excellent restaurant recommendations. the location proved convenient for accessing both train and metro lines. i also appreciated the readily available drinks and snacks.
The elevator looked quite old and small.

The room included super clean, comfortable furnishings. it featured all necessary amenities. its size was quite good. I had ample space to relax and organize my belongings. the soundproofing was effective. I experienced minimal noise disturbance.

Alfredo provided really good hospitality throughout my visit. he gave helpful advice and clear directions. he made check-in seamless. He also arranged for luggage storage. his assistance elevated my travel experience.

The hotel features a rooftop sitting areawith great views. a lift provided easy access to higher floors. the b&b provides complimentary luggage storage. This helped a lot with early arrivals. common areas were clean.

clean accommodation high standard nearby restaurants late flight
the accommodation was very clean. it was decorated to a high standard. several restaurants were close by. we stored our case until we were ready to leave. we had a late flight.
The air conditioning was poorly positioned in front of the bed. It made sleeping difficult with it open or closed.

The rooms are soundproof after you shut the window. That was a nice surprise. the bathroom was spacious and included lovely towels. the bed was comfortable and well looked after. i liked it.

The communal terrace overlooks piazza garibaldi. the building's lift is quirky. I found it very amusing. the hotel is on the fourth floor. That adds a nice sense of privacy.

The location is near the main railway station. It's only a few minutes walk. the airport bus stops at the station. traveling around the city via metro and trams was easy.

The room was clean and secure. The bathroom was very large. It was a HUGE bonus. I also REALLY enjoyed the balcony.
The elevator was small.
