the location was great to reach the attractions. i liked the friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were large enough.
i didn't like the entrance with steps. it was hard to get in with luggage, especially when raining. there was not anyone to help me pick up my luggage at check in or check out. the receptionist didn't provide enough assistance.

the location is just so central! i could easily walk to the shopping street in only five minutes. dam square was also super close, just a ten-minute walk. the shower had great hot water, that was a good thing.
housekeeping didn't always do the best job, i noticed they weren't so consistent.

The hotel offered a very good and varied breakfast. rooms were spacious. This. every staff member i met provided really good service. they were always happy to help .
The entrance had stairs without a ramp. I found this difficult with luggage.
