The hotel location is near the bay. Breakfast had a nice view and multi food options from the ninth floor. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were easily accessible. The staff met my specific request upon arrival exceeding my expectations.
The checkout process was a little time consuming I thought.

The breakfast buffet offered an really good range of choices each morning. The food at the buffet was great. The hotel features several restaurants and bars. One is hidden and one on the terrace has a view of the sea.

the hotel offered a lovely buffet at the restaurant. i tasted interesting cocktails at their speak easy bar. i had good and relaxing massages at the spa facilities. the hotel surprised me with their great hospitality and customer service.
the checkout process took considerable time. my inquiry regarding a lost item after checking out was ignored. i found no effort made by the staff to assist me. i sent an email, yet four days passed without response.
