the hotel offered a lovely buffet at the restaurant. i tasted interesting cocktails at their speak easy bar. i had good and relaxing massages at the spa facilities. the hotel surprised me with their great hospitality and customer service.
the checkout process took considerable time. my inquiry regarding a lost item after checking out was ignored. i found no effort made by the staff to assist me. i sent an email, yet four days passed without response.
