the hotel is huge. i appreciated that the location is very convenient. sm city is just a short walk away. i booked a business beautiful room with access to the lounge (this was wonderful).
the pool was closed for maintenance . i didn't see any maintenance workers. the staff at arrival were not very cute. the bed had saggy soft pillows that were uncomfortable.
