the staff was friendly!
The room was quite noisy at night. I could hear street traffic and people in the hallway. the breakfast was okay, but the options were limited and not very exciting. also, the bathroom had some mold issues. I saw mold in the shower grout and around the sink.

The hotel has a very convenient location with easy access to transport, nice restaurants plus shopping areas. I found this helpful. the staff members were really informative, friendly and always happy to help! i was delighted that the hotel served a hearty breakfast to kick-start each day. it made such a difference to my mornings!
The street outside was quite noisy, and i could hear cars and people passing. The sound insulation was definitely not the best.

the hotel had excellent facilities, including free wifi throughout the hotel and a cozy lounge area. a 24-hour front desk ensured assistance was always available. luggage storage was very convenient.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Claudia provided really good service. Breakfast included homemade yogurt and fresh fruit salad. I found the hotel very clean and cozy. The breakfast quality was excellent, even better than some 5-star hotels.
There were very slight MINOR issues with the safe.
