The metro station is very close. This makes getting around easy. Staff was friendly and helpful to me. The reception stays open all the time. I found this great because I arrived late.
The room looked old and worn. This. The breakfast was the same every day. I thought the choices were not enough.

The hotel was immaculate, a real testament to the housekeeping staff. i found the location convenient. The metro station nearby made exploring so simple. the staff were always available to help, addressing my needs with grace and efficiency. breakfast offered a wide array of choices, more than enough to start each day wonderfully.
i noticed that some hallway carpets showed slight signs of wear and tear.

The staff provided very nice service and helped me with directions. My room was clean and neat and included a hot water kettle for tea. Free WiFi was available.
The elevators were slow sometimes. The coffee from the machines was not the best. The air conditioning made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The gym SHOULD not be called a gym. there's nothing in it! the restaurant is overpriced. The food is NOT great and the buffet is small. i blame management. The culture in there seems awful.
