fantastic stay
perfect locationhelpful receptionistrelaxed feeling
the location is near the thames, borough market, and two tube stations. receptionists are helpful, especially kasha, as are breakfast servers and the hostess. i felt very welcome.
i noticed a water station on my floor was not working, but i wasn't advised of this.

the front desk staff made sure check-in was seamless and i was greeted warmly. the breakfast service was relaxed with amazing choices, so lovely to come back to get away from the crowds.. this impressed me.

the room itself was designed to perfection and encapsulated the valentine's day theme. rooms were big and spacious, the beds were comfortable and lovely, quiet too. bedrooms were super clean.

the room was quite spacious and well-appointed. it included two queen beds (perfect for my needs). the guest services manager, leena, was very helpful. she provided restaurant recommendations (i went to founder's arms).
security seemed a concern. i misplaced an item in a public area. i did not notice effort to check security cameras. the breakfast quality was not great and the service was slow (i expected better).

This hotel is near several transportation options. Southwark station and the bridge are close. The reception staff was helpful, especially Kasha. The breakfast servers are efficient. The hostess also stood out.
The air conditioning in my room seemed inefficient. The room felt stuffy both nights.
