The location is highly convenient. The nearby tube station simplifies travel. I also found several cafes and shops nearby. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for the area.
I noticed a need for improvement in the shared facilities. Specifically, some toilet door locks were broken.

The staff responded quickly to emails. This I found efficient. The location proved very convenient. Rooms are practical and clean, so I appreciated it. The common areas WERE always clean. Toiletries and towels were consistently available.
The shared shower facilities were not fully working, I noticed. The room felt small, so space WAS limited. The window was single glazed, so i experienced a lot of street noise. The walls are plasterboard, I could hear other guests.

i found the location very convenient it was right next to a tube station. the staff were amiable and provided helpful assistance. check-in was straightforward allowing me to come and go easily.
my room had windows painted over with a strange wash i could not open. this made the room quite hot because of ventilation issues. the shower was also difficult to adjust to a stable temperature giving either scalding or freezing water.

the location offered seamless access to transportation, a real gift. a bus stop sat right outside, i found the tube station across the street. the room felt clean, and the bed provided a great night's rest. i really appreciated the staff's helpfulness. they answered all my questions with a smile.
I noticed some wear and tear on the dresser in the room. It looked quite old.
