loved the deco and convenient location
stylish deco great detail relaxing atmosphere
i thank the front desk person who helped me change into a bigger room it was so appreciated the first room felt too tiny for me she really helped me with an alternative option i loved the stylish deco and attention to detail it made the stay feel special the hotel also smells lovely adding to the relaxing atmosphere
the sink was very small in the bathroom making it a bit difficult even to brush my teeth properly it wasn't a major issue but it was a slight inconvenience

the room was modern and quiet with a very comfortable bed i slept soundly each night the bedding felt high quality and contributed to a relaxing experience it was a lovely room.

the hotel is near paddington station providing easy access to heathrow express it is also close to hyde park offering a great spot for walks local pubs and quirky restaurants are nearby making it convenient to explore the area.

tranquil design health food drain smell separate payments
i adored the hotel's tranquil design. it was a real sanctuary after bustling around. the health-focused food selections were lovely and the staff were responsive.
the lower ground room i first occupied had a slight smell. it seemed to come from the drains and felt quite cold. the restaurant operated somewhat independently and separate coffee payments felt inconvenient.

cramped space street noise
The ROOM i had was a bit of a letdown. i paid extra for a bigger space, but it felt cramped. also, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. Earplugs are a must, or at least some better soundproofing.

Excellent Stay near Paddington
bright rooms space-saving ideas quiet location
I have enjoyed the bright and well-thought-out rooms. They incorporate space-saving ideas efficiently. The area is great, with public transport very close by. The location is also a quiet one (very important for resting well!).
The lady at reception was not helpful, unfortunately. I asked to store my daughter's birthday cake anywhere until morning. It was my daughter's 18th birthday.

The room felt warm due to the wood floors and furniture. It had bright windows and modern comforts. The suite had a bathtub (nice for soaking after a long day!).
