The location is very convenient, right next to two underground stations and a boots. each floor provides a water dispenser. I found this touch particularly helpful for refilling bottles.
I found the room a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from the surroundings.

the hotel's proximity to major train stations like monument and bank was such a boon. accessing the city was particularly easy, it saved me so much time. my room was quite spacious and very clean, i must say. it provided a level of comfort i really appreciated after long days.
the room faced an inner courtyard, this made it somewhat dark even during the day.

staff demonstrated helpfulness. they stored our luggage after our first stay and placed it in the room before our return, a really kind gesture. the location is great because it is close to many tube lines. the water dispenser in the hotel was also quite useful, especially with the summer heat.
room was not quite up to par. the carpet had a dirty look and felt below expectations, especially given the price. the bathroom had an issue with water accumulating near the drain. the lack of proper ventilation caused this. i think they should have taken care of the floor before.
