My stay with my wife felt special. The homely ambience enveloped us immediately. the open fire in reception provided a warm welcome and the endless array of snacks created a good touch. our upgrade to the conservatory suite, with its beautiful two-story layout and glass ceiling, took our breath away. the breakfast we enjoyed the following morning offered delicious dishes and attentive service. It all was so good.
The bathroom had very little space for toiletries. It made organizing our personal items somewhat challenging.

I adored the small details provided. pillow spray created such a peaceful night's sleep (it was like a dream). i especially appreciated the turndown service. The room was perfectly arranged for bedtime.
i found the breakfast a bit expensive. the. also, i noticed the corridors to the rooms are quite narrow, and the ceilings are low.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location was ideal, close to the palace. The room exceeded my expectations. It was nice and neat.
The corridors leading to the rooms felt narrow. My room seemed a bit dark. I wish there was more natural light. I found the breakfast to be quite expensive.
