The room was beautifully presented and of a very high standard. The bed was super comfortable, and the complimentary drinks selection was generous. I especially loved the robes, they seemed like such a luxury addition. There was also a delicious plate of treats for our celebration, a thoughtful touch.
Some staff were condescending. I had my ring stolen. I reported it to the front desk. I was told they had checked and I should think about where I might have left it? The ridiculousness of it all. I left it on my pillow and went out. I came back and it was nowhere to be found.

The complimentary soft drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. The traditional teapot and cups allowed a proper enjoyment of the herbal tea selection. The memory foam pillows aided my comfort.
The room service menu could have included a greater variety of choices.

The minibar policy was unclear. I understood all items were complimentary, excluding alcoholic drinks. A bill arrived at checkout. It included charges for snacks. I found the noise levels unacceptable. Footsteps from the room above were audible.

My room included tea making. I found there to be plenty of light coming from the good sized Georgian window. All staff were friendly and polished.
The room was not lovely. It had mellow tones and blonde wood. I think the rooms is generally on small side.
