The staff was super friendly. The room was nice and clean. I found the breakfast so massive with a lot of choices.
My room was right next to the lift. It kept me up and woke me up with the automated lift noises. People talking near it also bothered me.

the friendly staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival! the location is quite convenient near regents park. transportation was easy, with close access to both bus and tube lines. the room offered ample space and i found it clean.
the shower head was fixed too low, i'm around 180cm tall.

the hotel is perfectly situated for a walk to regent street. the walk passes through the lovely regents park, this area is a true gem. the proximity to the park offered a tranquil escape from the busy city.
