wow, i adored the staff welcome and felt so at home accessing the members rooms. the character of the hotel is amazing! i was upgraded to a very nice suite, it was spacious and luxurious. the breakfast was very nice, with many options available to choose from.

i guess we might have done something wrong, but it was a bit unsettling.

the drawing rooms on the first floor are good.. newspapers and refreshments are available. the atmosphere seemed like a london club. the staff were cute and happy to help, even when we arrived late morning. we were upgraded to the lady islington suite, a total gem.

i attended a business buffet breakfast that was subpar. the coffee tasted bland and came in a jug, and the croissants were dry.

arrogant staffno tea

The staff weren't particularly helpful, you know. I asked for tea-making facilities in the room. A kettle arrived sans tea, cup, milk, or spoon. Food also disappeared after 10:30 PM. Apparently, no one eats late. It was clearly my fault we got stuck.
