the location is great, almost next to a major landmark. it is in a beautiful area that felt safe. public transportation is nearby. the staff were helpful and smiling.
the bathroom fan was quite noisy. i had to switch it off. there was no bath. the shower leaked onto the floor as the shower curtain was too short.

The location is central! getting around was easy with excellent transport links right outside. So convenient. i really enjoyed the workspace in the lobby. It was perfect for getting some work done. the team were kind and helpful. They upgraded my room to one with a cathedral view!
The air conditioning was a bit noisy. I found it slightly distracting when i was trying to sleep

The bed was super cozy and I slept very well because the room had perfect temperature. The soundproofing meant it was quiet!!! The team were very helpful.
The windows did not close properly, and air conditioning did not work well.

The room was super clean upon arrival. It had a very nice bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. The hotel offered convenient water refill stations with bottles available near the lifts.
The breakfast was quite limited. The dining area was in the basement and it felt noisy. I also found that the thermal insulation of the windows was poor. It allowed cold air to enter the room.

The tablet check-in was impersonal and inefficient. There was no proper reception area. my room, a one room suite kitchenette, lacked a microwave. the breakfast buffet, located downstairs, had dried eggs and beans. It seemed like being banished to the basement. it all felt impersonal.

The room included an electric kettle and a desk. The tv screen provided a cinema-like experience (i watched a movie!). The staff was helpful. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to many attractions.
The room lacked a refrigerator. I found that a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast was adequate.
The room was quite SMALL, smaller THAN pictured. The thermostat was faulty. I could only increase the temperature, not decrease it. The only solution was to open the windows at night, but that let in a LOT of noise.
