central location, a win!
convenient location friendly staff queen room
i stayed in a superior queen room for three nights. the location near trafalgar square proved very convenient (especially for accessing many attractions). the staff were always friendly and helpful.

mixed experience due to room issues
outdated room housekeeping request
the location was acceptable for accessing various points of interest.
the room was quite outdated. after using the elevator, i still had to carry my luggage up about ten steps to reach the room. also, i needed to specifically request housekeeping services. i believe bed-making should be an automatic daily service in a four-star hotel.

a decent stay near trafalgar square
great location included coffee comfortable bed cold room loud air dusty room
the location was great for seeing many sites. the included coffee and tea in the common area was convenient. i found the bed to be quite comfortable .
my room felt quite cold and i could not adjust the heat. the air conditioning unit was very loud when it ran. the room was dusty, especially near the ceiling corners.

early closing small breakfast
the location was pretty good.
The bar closed early at midnight even though many people wanted to order drinks. they did not let you take drinks to your room. breakfast was small. I had to wait for a table.
