friendly staff fast check-in delicious breakfast ideal location
The staff were friendly. my check-in was super fast and easy. the recently renovated room was very nice. the breakfast was delicious. I loved the selection. the staff was helpful and cute. the location was ideal for my travel, close to public transportation.
The room corridors had open storage cupboards. Items lay untidily on the floor.

The breakfast selection offered several tasty options. The quality was amazing!!! everything tasted fresh and well prepared. the bar area was nice and offered a place to relax in the evenings. i enjoyed the atmosphere.

Excellent Stay with Great Accessibility!
convenient location friendly staff complimentary water
I found the location very convenient as it is close to the tube station. The staff were efficient and friendly! They provided quick service. The hotel also provided complimentary water, which I appreciated.
The ongoing building work caused some noise early in the morning.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. This helped me enjoy my mornings. The beds have lovely bedding, providing different pillow options. The bathroom had hotel robes, towels and toiletries. I found these useful.

Acceptable, but with issues
steep stairs small room
The breakfast was acceptable. It had a decent selection of items (nothing extraordinary, though).
The room was quite small and felt humid. I think this was due to it being located in the attic. The stairs to reach the room were also very steep, so that was not ideal for carrying luggage.
