The location was great and close to the underground. Marylebone High Street's restaurants were within a short walk. We were warmly welcomed at check-in (the staff were especially accommodating). The bathroom was newly renovated and very beautiful.
The room had creaky floors that bothered us. The room looked worse than the common areas. I also thought the room layout was weird and it did not feel like a four-star room.

The staff are helpful. My room had coffee, soft drinks, robes, towels, and toiletries. The room was very clean and tidy, including extra towels. The location is ideal and central. The TV in my room worked well.
The room had noise from other rooms above and next to mine. I could hear furniture moving and heavy stomping. This made sleeping difficult.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and I must say, I had an very nice experience. The staff was excellent. The location is ideal, very central and well-situated near the station. The cleanliness was great too.
the room had only weird and wonderful tea bag flavors. I needed to request regular flavors at the reception. One window would not close properly unless yanked while standing on a chair. It was dangerous.
