spacious room clean room great trip morning noise slamming doors sleep deprivation
my room was spacious and very clean. it was a great triple room. my two girls and i had a fantastic trip. i would definitely.
The noise in the mornings was awful though the hotel itself was nice. room doors slamming constantly from 7 a.m. onwards really woke me up. i generally sleep with earplugs, but it wasn't enough. I was sleep deprived by the end of my stay!

dirty bathroom hard bed
The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I guess some people like that.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, I noticed some questionable stains on the shower curtain. the bed was harder than a rock. My back is still protesting. I hardly slept because I kept waking up from the discomfort.

Charming Decor and Great Breakfast!
fabulous decor breakfast options friendly staff
The hotel had fabulous decor. I found the breakfast options amazing with a lovely atmosphere. The staff was friendly! I also appreciated that I found street parking directly behind the hotel on Coate Street, arranged via YourParkingSpace for a reasonable price.
The room lacked a wardrobe. Instead, there was a peg with hangers by the window, obstructed by a worktop, hard to hang long items

My room included a kettle with tea and coffee. It also had a small fridge and a decent hairdryer. The room was very quiet and maintained a good temperature . The beds felt comfortable.

The location is amazing, with fun decorative details throughout the rooms and general spaces. I loved the quotations on the ceiling in the lobby and dining room. There is a bar, which I enjoyed one evening.

Breakfast was well organized, very accessible, and offered a good selection of items. I found the breakfast room had a lovely atmosphere. Dinner with friends was great, the food was excellent and the staff helpful.

Check-in was easy, and I quickly accessed my room, I found the staff very personable! One waitress was so helpful and attentive, though I didn't get her name. She had tattoos. Staff were also mostly really lovely.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. the hotel's design is very unique and appealing. It really stood out. my room had plenty of space and all the essentials i needed!
the elevator was a little slow at times.

The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. my room had clean bedding, comfortable pillows, and variable lighting, it aided a good night's sleep! i made a second return here and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. I had so much choice.
the bathrooms could be a little bigger though.
