the location was convenient , being close to buckingham palace.

The room was smaller than expected , especially considering the price. the housekeeping service was inconsistent . I often had to request basic amenities like water and coffee pods , which should have been automatically replenished daily.

The location is very central. a tube station is a few blocks away. the hotel itself has a modern, stylish mid-century vibe. the staff were friendly and helpful. They delivered our things to the room upon arrival and back to reception when we left.

the room was a bit small for the price. there was very little space to open our luggage. even hanging up jackets in the closet felt cramped, i did not feel like i got good value for my money.
