great locationpoor cleaning standardsbathroom hairs
the location was great , really close to the excel centre.
the room i had was not properly cleaned , there were hairs in the bathroom and some dust on the furniture. i found this disappointing since hygiene is important to me , i think they need to improve their cleaning standards.

The gym IS well-equipped. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
The room felt too warm. The air conditioning barely worked, even though it wasn't hot outside. Sleeping was a struggle due to the stuffiness.

The location was great because I was attending an event at the EXCEL center so its proximity was perfect
The entrance was unsafe due to revolving doors. The doors moved preventing entry and this should have been fixed. Conduits in the room for airflow and the shower were clogged with dust and had never been cleaned

The staff were attentive. marco, ludwing, and klea were particularly helpful. the hotel was situated in a nice location near the cable carts and on the elizabeth line. This is ideal for getting into central areas!!!
i got a nasty room on the 3rd floor with a blocked bath. the room overlooked the entrance of the hotel and pavement.

the gym featured updated equipment. i saw three treadmills plus two stationary bikes in good condition! the custom house elizabeth line stop was also very close. It made travel around THE area efficient. Finally, the breakfast included a varied selection of hot and cold items.
the in-room air conditioning was not particularly effective.
