check in early was amazing! complimentary drinks and juice were stocked. the room was quiet, and it felt very secure. breakfast buffet spread was excellent, so many vegan options too.
finding the entrance to the hotel from the street was a bit confusing at first.

a mixed bag near liverpool street
convenient locationslow heatingroom temperature
the location, right next to liverpool street station, worked well for getting around.
i had trouble with the room heating, it was quite cold when i got there. it took multiple calls to sort of get it going and a couple of hours to reach a decent temp. also, at checkout, there was some compensation, though i'd have preferred a consistently warm room from the start.

The staff was friendly. my king room had a comfortable bed and a modern design. I found it quite spacious, it had good amenities. i also tried the breakfast, the food had high quality!
the phone system was a mess and the phone line diverted to a vodaphone voicemail, which took time to resolve! this impacted the experience.
