excellent coffee lounge area convenient location faulty channels small room high price
I stayed in january of 2024 and the vibe downstairs was great. the lounge area had excellent coffees. the location was amazing. It was close to the tube station.
the tv was a problem because half the channels didn't work, not even the terrestrial ones. i know it's not what you stay at a hotel for, but i enjoy having it on when i return from a day out. the room was small, and there wasn't much space to open a suitcase. i've stayed in better hotels with smaller prices.

okay stay with some minor issues
great location comfortable bed overpriced breakfast poor pastries
the location is great. the staff helped me with some questions i had. the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
the breakfast bag was overpriced (i thought it was expensive for what you get). the pastries in the breakfast bag seemed poor quality to me. i think there are better options nearby.

Wow, What a Spot!
modern interior good coffee great location
The hotel's location is fantastic. I walked easily to Euston, Covent Garden, and the Strand. The Cosy Double room had a surprisingly good size. Interior design was modern. The coffee was really good.
I notice very slight noise from hallway. Doors close little loud. I hear it when people pass by.

The hotel had a well-equipped gym. It offered a selection of cardio machines, including treadmills and elliptical trainers, alongside weightlifting equipment. There were also plenty of towels and water available to keep guests refreshed during workouts.

small room shower design
The room I got was very small. It was hard to open my suitcase because there wasn't much space. the shower design isn't very good and the water goes everywhere. A better design is important.

i find the location quite helpful. i could walk to most places i wanted to visit. the bed was comfy also. it ensured i had a nice rest after a day.
the room felt smaller than i expected. there was limited space. i found it hard to open my suitcase without it blocking the path. the shower design was a problem, water spread all over the bathroom floor.
