the staff were always available to help, and their suggestions for local attractions were very useful. the art installations throughout the hotel added a unique dimension. the room was quiet. i enjoyed the hotel's central location as it provided easy access to many nearby points of interest.
the lighting in the room was quite dim, making it difficult to read at night.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym available to all guests, that included three treadmills and two elliptical machines, though it was somewhat compact. complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the entire building, and its connection was very fast.

My terrace room included a king-sized bed with high thread count linens, and it was very comfortable. The television had a wide selection of channels. the minibar was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. There was also a spacious work desk. blackout curtains ensured complete darkness! at night.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. It features both buffet and à la carte options, though the buffet selection was a bit limited. the hotel restaurant, offers a menu with locally sourced ingredients. It also includes vegan dishes. the bar boasts an extensive cocktail list.

The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms impeccably daily, and requests for extra towels were fulfilled promptly. the front desk staff was consistently attentive and helpful. room service is available 24/7, providing food and drinks at any hour. I found this a nice bonus.

The hotel is within a five-minute walk to several major attractions. Many restaurants and shops are also nearby. public transport links are easily accessible. Multiple bus stops are a short walk from the front door. the neighborhood felt safe for walking at any hour of the day

I found the included breakfast to be quite nice (i especially liked the fresh pastries). the wellness pool was a great experience. my wife and i attended a complimentary reiki and sound healing session. It was very relaxing. the tribal brunch at yopo was a 10/10. It was the best meal of my stay.
The hotel entrance is very dark. This may not suit all guests.

The staff members were friendly and helpful . The hotel features unique designs and decor. I booked the Terrace room, and it had an awesome hidden balcony.
My terrace bedroom was very tight and small. It was also darker than I expected. The room was located near the lift, so it was noisy.
