spacious room friendly staff delicious breakfast
The room was spacious with sufficient equipment. Staff at the breakfast were very friendly and nice. The breakfast itself was AMAZING!!!
The hotel lobby entrance felt a little cramped, requiring guests to go down to the basement.

dim lighting uninformed staff
I was really annoyed with a couple of things. first, the room lighting was so dim! it created such a dull atmosphere. second, the staff really seemed uninformed about the food's dietary content at breakfast. I'm vegan and that was frustrating. it was a real struggle!

spacious room super clean arrival really good comfort breakfast selection
the king room was so spacious. everything was super clean upon arrival. the bed provided really good comfort, granting us peaceful nights. the breakfast selection included pastries and fresh fruit.
the elevators were occasionally slow, especially during peak hours, causing minor delays when moving between floors.

a really clean stay
spacious room excellent location sleek decor
the room was very spacious and simple. i appreciated the excellent location for shoreditch. the sleek decor. it was easy to get around as the tube was minutes away.
there were no instructions for the coffee machine! and only one teabag type between two guests was not enough.

the hotel offers a modern gym, equipped with three treadmills! two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine. the rooftop terrace provides panoramic city views.

room size good service dim lighting dark carpets
the room was clean, and the size was good to. I liked the service from the staff at reception. i was happy with what i get.
i found the lighting in the room to be a little dim. this create a not cute atmosphere. i was expecting more brightness. the corridors carpet have dark colours it gives a very dull feel.
