i found the room very clean. i liked the blackout curtains and the comfortable bed. The shower was also great, it had good pressure.
the staff seemed quite dismissive at times, not really explaining much about hotel facilities.

the breakfast options were diverse. the location was convenient to the stratford tube station and westfield shopping centre. friendly staff built great relationships. the view from my room on a high floor was indeed really good.
the rooftop bar was reserved for a private party, so i could not access it. it disrupted my peace.

The shower was very big, I found the room design amazing. Staff booked us in and also upgraded our room. The hotel room was excellent.
I called the front desk but I just wanted someone to explain how to turn off the subtitles. After waiting the call disconnected.
